Storage Report

The Storage Report lists all clients (or just one, if you use the Search feature) and their storage usage.

Controls

There are various symbols on this and other pages that indicate controls with the following uses:

  Create a report in .PDF format from the data on screen

  Create a report as a Word document from the data on screen

  Create a report as an Excel Spreadsheet from the data on screen

  Create a report as comma delimited .CSV file from the data on screen

  Refresh the data on screen

  Remove all data filters that were applied in the Search field.

The Search Field

You can enter the Last Name or the Email Address (or any part of them) in the Search field to search for customers. Hit the "GO" button to search.

Sorting the Display

You can sort the display by any of the columns by clicking on the column header.

Skipping Through Pages

You can navigate quickly through pages using these controls.
