This is the My Account page. It contains information that allows us to pay you, and some of which shows up on your web site. PLEASE keep this information up to date. If you change any information that is displayed on your web site, remember to use the Generate Website button after you have made your changes, otherwise they will not show up on your web site.
Name: Your name. Does not display on the web site.
Company Name: Your company's name. Displayed on the Contact Us screen and on the top of every web page. For example, Online Backup, Inc.
EMail: Displayed on the Contacts screen, and also the email address that we will use to contact you.
Phone: Displayed on the Contacts screen, also the phone number we will contact you on.
Address1, Address2, City, Zip Code, State, Country: Displayed on the Contacts screen.
Company Moto: Displayed at the top of every screen. For example, Best Backup In Town
Company Generic Product: The name of your product. For example, JumboBackup.
PayPal: Your PayPal ID. We will send your payments to this address.
Product Price: (not available at all subscription levels) The price you will charge for the first 10GB of data. In the Standard and Ad-Free levels, this price cannot be edited, and is set at $5.95/month.
Additional GB Price: (not available at all subscription levels) The price you will charge for each additional gigabyte of storage space used over the 10GB initial quota. In the Standard and Ad-Free levels, this price cannot be edited, and is set at $1.00/GB/month. Premium Subscription customers can set this price from $.75/GB/month to $5/GB/month.
HelpLink: (not available at all subscription levels) This is the URL of the Help page associated with your account. It defaults to the Help page that comes with your automatically generated web site. However, if you want to use your own web site instead of ours, and you want to do your own customer service, you can enter the URL to your own Help page on your own web site here. It will then be replaced in the Agent interface and the User Portal.
